MyWater

Digital tool for water consumption management and reporting in industrial production sites.

Is this you?

Sustainability or energy management teams responsible for collecting standardised water data across multiple production sites, in preparation for ESG reporting, benchmarking or efficiency analysis.

Problem solved

Water is increasingly material to ESG reporting obligations. ESRS E3 under CSRD requires structured disclosure on consumption, sources and intensity.

Yet many industrial sites manage water data in fragmented spreadsheets, making it difficult to produce reliable baselines, benchmark across sites, or demonstrate compliance. Without a structured water balance, disclosure risks being inconsistent or incomplete.

What MyWater does

Site configuration graphic

Site configuration

Define your site profile, including sector, manufactured products with annual volumes, and operating parameters such as production days, shifts and headcount. This forms the calculation base for all subsequent analysis.

Water balance graphic

Water balance

Record all abstracted water volumes by source type, including mains supply, wells, rivers and recovered wastewater. Assign a data quality rating to each entry (Measured, Estimated, Calculated or Unknown). The tool automatically calculates total consumption, unaccounted water against your corporate KPI, and water intensity in cubic metres per unit produced. An optional cost section is also available.

Process selector graphic

Process selector

Identify which processes and systems are active on site, including water treatment, boilers, cooling towers, production lines, CIP/COP cleaning and effluent treatment, using simple on/off toggles. This maps where water is consumed and determines which analytical sections to activate.

Summary dashboard graphic

Summary dashboard

A consolidated view of your key KPIs, including total water, water intensity, production volume and headcount, alongside a graphical breakdown of water sources, site information and a data completeness indicator.
